I had actually even toyed with the idea of selling my own house in the Lakes Region. I just really didn’t want to deal with the hassle or the people. I interviewed quite a few realtors and was definitely unimpressed. I couldn’t believe I was going to pay such a large commission to one of these agencies. I have bought and sold properties in the past and had always questioned why I was even paying a realtor a commission, they really didn’t do anything. I can honestly say that I literally wrote the check to Lynn and Ron with a smile on my face, they earned every penny. The entire engagement I felt they kept my and my buyers interests at heart. Their insight into the market as well as their ability to deal with all the others reators/brokers was invaluable in the sale. I felt they got me as the seller and excellent price and I also felt they brokered and excellent deal for the buyers, it was a win win. I heard all their marketing BS and we can do this and we can do that and we have tons or qualified buyers and blah blah blah. Bottom line is when my house went on the market those other agencies with all the marketing and all the buyers didn’t even show up with a co broke lol, all hype. If your buying or selling a property and interviewing realtors make this team one of your final three. I promise you when you meet them they will be your first choice. I think we all see close enough so much now in business that we don’t even look for excellence anymore. I’m writing this review as a thank you to Lynn and Ron for the exemplary job they did selling my home. Originally I had written down a list of words to describe Lynn and Ron that I intended to include in my review. I wrote the review and didn’t want to try to go back and include them so I’ll just include the list because I feel the specific words I chose is important. They are as follows qualified, professional, dedicated, trustworthy, genuine, prepared, diligent, passionate, honest, and friendly. I think that the list says it all.
